but language flag not showing.
please give me advice

Hi,
For sure you forgot to create Turish Menu.
You didn't follow all steps. Remember this is Joomla core thing, not Joomshaper feature.
Maybe as extra guide, check youtube clips, even those for Joomla 3, all is similar.
