We are working with Shaper_educon template and
1- We would like to change the logout redirect, instead of staying at the same page move to the home page.
2- I would like to add the user's Name after "Welcome" label once the user is loged in.
What should we change?

You can set it within your login module settigns.
I think you already have the login module, so I am sharing the settings of it.

My apology!
The login module is overrided in the Educon template. So if you rename the module then the redirection will work.
But it will get back to the default look then!
Path: templates\shaper_educon\html\mod_login
Rename the 'mod_login' to anything you want.

If you rename that folder then you will have those options working.
Otherwise it requests code customization which is beyond support.
