"Fluid Row" dosen't force full width

I've already turn on the "Fluid Row" button, but the image still fixed inside the container.

btw, just using the original template without any editing (SP 3.8.7 with joomla 3.10.10).

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

Thanks for the access. I have checked the test page first slideshow. It is working fine. I have tested with Protostar template. Your template container width is smaller. Please check your template settings or contact your template provider for support.

sorry, it works incorrect. what I need is "force" full width, which means the images or slides will expand to full screen mode as the screenshot:https://imgur.com/Ymg6vXN. But it just fixed inside the container width right now. any solution?
