How to move a row

Hi, in SP Page Builder 4 I can't move a row up or down...as I used to do it in SP Page Builder before....is this right?
Or is there an opportunity?

Hi Maggie,

it's still possible but go to Editor > Layers and hover on rows to see move cursor icon on the left side [::] then grab it to move row up/down
