Hi. Make a filter on the forum or a section where you can view your questions, so as not to search for them in the general list.

This is understandable. I can see all the posts from my topics. But this is not a list of my topics.
And besides, it would be convenient for alerts to disappear when viewing the entire topic. And now if there are 5 answers in the topic, then 5 notifications are shown to me and until I open each one, they will not disappear.

It was forum script only, with all limitations.
Now we have full control over the code and we can add our own features.
Don't forget that each support software have two sides: for customers and for support team.
