I have installed in the portal www.unigiro.org Your Plug in SPPB Pro just 1 week ago.
By checking with GTMetrics the portal have problems with SPPB !!
Why are render blocking resources ??
What shall we do to eliminate them saftely and without incurring into other problems ??

Please use update robots.txt file - now it blocks access to .css files.

Probably you have to add
Allow: /*.css*
Allow: /components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/css/*.cssHi !! thanks for your script

At first glance, You can read that << Allow: /.css >>> is already there, but there is not the second sentence that You have written me << Allow: /components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/css/*.css >>
how come ? where shall I put it ? can You please check our Robots.txt and give me the one that solve our problem with SPPage Builder PRO ?

In general in robots.txt - maybe ask JSitemap support if they modifed orginal code of robots.txt.
