Form Builder - allowing multiple choices in check box

Hi
I am using form builder.
Just wondering when someone presses submit and sends the email after they have ticked a box, how do i know if they have ticked it, if it is not required?

So if they select 2 of the options in the check box, how do i know they have?

I have worked it out! - email only contains checked selections!
