How to change weight label after value (kg) in code or in language file?

as 1st step, translate those phrases:

COM_EASYSTORE_UNIT_VALUE_FOR_GRAM="g"
COM_EASYSTORE_UNIT_VALUE_FOR_KILOGRAM="kg"
COM_EASYSTORE_CHECKOUT_SUMMARY_WEIGHT="Weight"

using Joomla admin feature > Language Override, then check front-end again.

Then you can try edit that file:

components\com_easystore\layouts\weight.php

I cannot help more, becuase I am not developer of that component.

as I remember is NOT possible yet. But it will be added in July / Aug update.

Remember also about:

COM_EASYSTORE_CHECKOUT_SUMMARY_WEIGHT

that describe word "Weight"
