for example in the selector of price range actually is from 0 to 5000000
is possible change in this format:
from 0 to 5.000.000

In SP Property -> Properties settings, turn on use Number Format for Price. Then check your issue. Please follow this documentation:

Sorry, it is not possible to show number format on the module. You can customize this file:
templates/shaper_estate/html/mod_spproperty_search/simple.php and do it yourserlf. Sorry, we do not provide customization support.
