The text in the “Message” field cannot be translated. I checked everything in the backend, but I can't find the right string.
So where can the text “Enter your message” be changed?

Hi Martin.
You're right, by now it's hardcoded , here: layouts\review\form.php (component folder)
<textarea class="form-control" rows="4" placeholder="Enter your message" x-model="data.message"></textarea>
I will ask to fix it in 1.3.2+
