I need your certificate of residence (Joomshaper), in order to be exempt from paying the withholding tax.

The Certificate of tax Residense its for fiscal purpose. The Certificate of Tax Residence is a document issued by the tax authority of the supplier’s country of residence. It serves as proof that the individual or company is a tax resident in that country for tax purposes.
It is essential to confirm that the supplier, in this case, joomshaper, is subject to tax obligations in their home country, allowing them to benefit from the conditions outlined in the double tax treaty.

Regarding the language, I cannot answer you, however, I would appreciate it if you could send us a document as proof.
