Sorry for the inconvenience you're experiencing.
As previously mentioned, Joomla 5 requires MySQL version 8.0.13 or higher. Since your server is running MySQL 5.7.23-23, the Joomla 5 Quickstart package cannot be installed.
Alternatively, you can install Joomla 4 on your current server and then install the Eventum template package separately. Please note that this method will not include the demo content, as the Quickstart package is exclusively for Joomla 5.
Upgrading MySQL through your hosting provider would be the ideal solution. Otherwise, using Joomla 4 with the template package is a viable workaround, although it won't include the sample data.
