With language management, when I enable flags, the template produces two shadows above and below the flag. Keep in mind that this happens in any template. How can I remove those unsightly shadows? I've attached an image.

Ciao,
this is not a shadow, but background color used for active language.
Use that Custom CSS to remove it
div.mod-languages ul li.lang-active {
background-color: transparent;}
