sppagebuilder/addons/optin_form needs updating

Asked by Raymond Barrett 6 months ago Last activity 6 months ago

I am getting the following error message from Acymailing:
One of your extensions is calling a deprecated AcyMailing file that will be removed in the version 11.0.
Please ask the developer to update their integration to avoid any interruption of service for your website.

File causing this error: /home/teleme/public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/addons/optin_form/site.php

Acymailing states:
Please contact SP Page Builder support and ask them to update their extension with the code explained and suggested in our official documentation

Hi Raymond,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The warning you’re seeing is coming from AcyMailing, as the current Opt-in Form addon in SP Page Builder is using an older integration method that has now been marked as deprecated. As mentioned, this will be removed in AcyMailing version 11.0.

At the moment, this will not affect your site functionality. However, we understand the importance of keeping compatibility with upcoming versions.

We will review the integration in the Opt-in Form addon and update it according to AcyMailing’s latest developer documentation to ensure it continues to work smoothly in future releases.

Thank you for your patience and for reporting this.

Best regards,
