Updating SPPB, the shaper_helix3 template and SP Cookie Consent to the current version (for Joomla 6.1.1.)

Asked by Denis Mone 3 months ago Last activity 3 months ago

Hi

I did a Pre-Update check for extensions and joomla gave me a list of updates. (I am using the SPPB component and the Cookie plugin that you have developed.)

list of required updates:
Helix3 - Ajax - Plugin
System - Helix3 Framework (A potential problem) - Plugin
shaper_helix3 - Template
SP Page Builder - Component
System - SP Cookie Consent ( A potential problem) - Plugin

Tell me, are all these extensions available in the current version? (so that they work correctly with Joomla 6.1.1.)

Thanks

Hi Denis,

Yes, the latest versions of Helix3 framework, SP Page Builder, and SP Cookie Consent are already available and updated to ensure compatibility with Joomla 6.x.x.

Please make sure you are running the most recent releases of all three extensions before proceeding with the Joomla update. This will ensure a smooth upgrade process and prevent any compatibility issues.

Recommended steps:
Backup your full site (files + database)
Update all extensions:
Helix3 Framework / shaper_helix3 template
SP Page Builder component
SP Cookie Consent plugin
Clear Joomla and browser cache
Run the Joomla 6.1.1 update
Test frontend and backend functionality after upgrade

If you still encounter any issues after updating, please let us know and we’ll assist you further.
