I don't have v2.1.4, nobody have. It was jump to 2.2.0 from 2.1.3 if we talk about J4-J5.

helixultimate_j3_template_v2.1.4-j3sec.zip is the tempate with security fixed, right?
If we talk about J3 extra version, yes, it include security fixes.
But this is only for Helix, but Joomla 3 core security is totally different thing.
