Hey,
is it possible to Download/Get Moview Template 3.0.0 for Joomla 3? Cause after Installing to Helix 3.1.2 on our ol Version of the site the Image Cropping is not more correct.
We build at the moment the site in Joomla 6 with the newest Version of Moview - But this will give us a bit more time...
Thanks,
Michael
Sorry, we do not have support for Joomla 3. Please update to Joomla 5 to get support from us. You should also do it for your own safety.
Hello Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Rest assured, I will look into this issue for you and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
You should try the latest template version 3.0.2. Have you installed it on the site? If the issue is still not solved with the latest template version, then share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup before sharing.
Best regards
The Newest Version of the Template works only with Joomla 4,5 or 6. But not with Joomla 3...
.... and after a try ... error 404 shows now up :(
By the Way: In Mobile Version the Logo and Menu is in no more correct position, too
Look at Hidden Content
Now the template works ... but the content of moviedatabase ist still not shown as it should be...
