I am using Helix Ultimate Framework. Under Layout / Row Options I can set Padding and Margin for the row. Is it possible to have different settings for Desktop, Tablets and Phones?

Hi,
Right now is not possible, that feature has only SPPB.
In Helix template you have to use Custom CSS for that task, easy, just few lines.
