Anobiz-Template: Front-End Editor Works On PHP 8.3. But Not PHP 8.4

In the Anobiz template, the “Home-Agency” template page remains blank in the front-end editor when PHP 8.4 is enabled. It works with PHP 8.3. However, I'd like to stick with PHP 8.4.

Try opening a page in the front end - if it's blank, just reload the page and everything will show up again. ;) I'm having the same problem.

Looks like there's a cache issue.
