New products to meet growing demand

Hi JoomShaper team,

Writing as a long-time customer with a suggestion I hope lands well.

We've been building websites on your templates for years — the quality is why we switched and stayed. But the market has moved. More of our clients now need integrated business directory functionality (internal build-out plus user-submitted listings), and today we can't fully deliver that inside a JoomShaper template. We end up bolting third-party directory extensions onto your designs, which never quite fits.

There's a real gap here — and we believe a genuine commercial opportunity for you:

• Directory templates are under-served in the Joomla ecosystem today.
• Users like us are actively looking for a first-party solution.
• We'd pay a premium tier for it, and we're not alone. We already do this with EasyStore — subscriptions purchased purely to hold the twelve-month upgrade path, even for clients who won't use the cart.

We're currently building several directory sites and would strongly prefer to stay in your ecosystem. If you're weighing product roadmap priorities, a sophisticated directory template belongs on the list.

Would welcome a conversation with whoever leads product planning.

Best,
Jimmy
