Product Offer JSON-LD stays schema.org/Discontinued despite Inventory In Stock (EasyStore 2.1.0)

We need help with Product Offer availability in EasyStore’s automatic Product Schema on a live product.

Environment

• EasyStore: 2.1.0
• • Site: https://pmxboard.com
• • Product admin ID: 45
• • Product URL: https://pmxboard.com/shop/project-management-board-sets/portfolio-management-board-set
• • Product: Portfolio Management Board Set

Symptom

The static Product JSON-LD Offer on the front-end still emits:

• price: 309
• • availability: https://schema.org/Discontinued

This is visible in a plain curl of the HTML (server-rendered), not only in the browser.

Inventory / admin state (read in EasyStore product editor)

• Status: Published
• • Track Quantity: ON
• • Stock Quantity: 1
• • Continue selling when out of stock: OFF
• • Regular price 329.00 with discount → effective front price 309
• • There is NO native “Discontinued” / schema availability / AI Search / “View generated data” field or tab in the product editor on 2.1.0
• • EasyStore Settings → Products has no schema availability mapping

Question

1. Which field (or EasyStore version) maps to Offer.availability in the automatic Product Schema?
2. 2. How do we make this product emit https://schema.org/InStock in the static JSON-LD without a custom plugin or template PHP override?
3. 3. Is Discontinued expected when Track Quantity is on and Stock Quantity is 1? If so, what is the correct native configuration?

We are intentionally not installing a custom system plugin to rewrite schema.
