Mobile View Menu does not show anything

Hi,
Template SALON.
I read post of others, regarding this issue. I choose left> save> clear cache
but I still have same issue.
Could you please fix it.
Below are admin access.

BTW

If you want to have submenu open in Mobile Menu whole time, then in Template Options - Custom Code- Custom CSS : please add this line:

.offcanvas-menu .offcanvas-inner .sp-module ul > li ul {display: block !important; }

and then save settings. After you will see this view:

Kindly select offcanvas menu style and save within the menu tab of your Template Options. Here is a screenshot:

Clearing Joomla and browser cache is always important then.

As you can see there is NO offcanvas style at all.

The problem occurred for the Sucuri Firewall.

Where did you found Sucuri on the website?
In Helix System does not exist offcanvas styling.
From where this sucuri is came? and how to fix it.

I still waiting for the answer and for the issue to be fix. I have to take this site online and I am waiting for resolving the issue with HELIX. Please could you provide me with the support.

You had mobile menu set to display only on selected pages, not all.
Now Offcanvas Menu is everywhere , screenshot from your website.
Now it display content from "Offcanvas" menu as you set.

Thanks a lot, it my first time working with your templates, so I have many things to learn yet :). But Why I dont see dropdown menu under Products?

Click ">" then you would see.

Of course I can set you to display all submenu items even without clicking.

Sorry but on CLICK its taking me to PRODUCT page, NOT shows dropdown categories
