Question About "similar Blogs" Functionality In Helix

Hi friends,
I have a question about the similar blogs functionality in the Helix framework.
In my website (https://staging.aprendemindfulness.org/), I have two blog categories: blog and videos.
If I visit an article in the video category, for example: https://staging.aprendemindfulness.org/videos/en-el-centro-de-la-imperfeccion-esta-tu-perfeccion
then the similar blog area ALWAYS displays the oldest articles.
However, if I visit an article in the blog category, such as this one: https://staging.aprendemindfulness.org/blog/15-minutos-meditacion-similar-vacaciones
then, I get the most recently published articles.
Is there a way of showing the most popular articles in each of these categories?

Thank you but no.
As I stated earlier, the articles in the blog category section do show the most recent ones, but in the video category section, they are the oldest ones. (The videos you highlighted in your screenshot are actually the oldest ones)
I have disabled the related articles functionality of the Helix framework and I am now using the standard Joomla newest articles module.

Accepted AnswerHey. It has nothing to do with a template. This is general knowledge of Joomla. All settings for this are in the Blog Category menu item, or in standart Joomla article modules

Actually, that is not true. All settings are NOT in the blog category menu or in the standard Joomla article modules.

...the blog section of the Helix framework determines several key settings, including:
- Switching on and off related articles
- The heading text
- How many articles to display
- If the articles will be shown as a list or with thumbnails
The solution you proposed didn't work by the way. The related articles section in the blog category are still showing the oldest articles. In the video category, it is still showing the newest ones.
The Helix Framework manages things differently than other frameworks. I tried to figure it out by myself first and I couldn't, that is why I was asking a question.
I was very polite and friendly, so I didn't appreciate your condescending tone ("This is general knowledge of Joomla").

Accepted AnswerHi, Hector. There was no condescending attitude in my answer. Sorry if you thought so.
Everything in Helix just extends the capabilities but does not override them. As you can see, the settings you want do not exist. This means that you cannot do what you want with Helix. You can simply disable Related Articles and use the standard Joomla modules instead.

Clearly, that is not "general knowledge of Joomla"...
As I mentioned, when using the related articles features from the Helix framework, in one blog category, the related articles section is showing only the newest articles, while in another category, it is only showing the oldest ones.
So, something is not quite working as it should. You might want to have a look at that.
