Unwanted Effect With A Heading H1 Letter

Hi community,
I must have pressed a key unconscious. The unwanted effect is that in all my Pagebuilder pages the uppercase A in H1 heading has an unwanted effect.
Could you help me, please?

Just for test I checked your home page, where the h1 is used
And text is displayed this same as you wrote it, the big letters are where you used it. Source code above. I don't see any uppercase anymore. But anyway it can be disabled in addon settings if you used it somehere. Example
