Inner Row Toolbar is Disappearing When Hovering Over It.

Hello!

I hope you guys fix this ASAP.

The toolbar for inner row is disappearing when hovering over it. I have to disable some element via developer tools just to get access to it. Please see attached video capture.

Hello LAC Webadmin

This is happenning because the row settings is overlappping the inner row settings. Please edit from the backend or add some top margin to the inner row.
