How To Get Shaper_estate (type:template9) 1.3 Update ?

Hello ,
since long time in my Sytem>Configuration >Updates "shaper_estate" V 1.3 was required. Either with the link https://www.joomshaper.com/updates/shaper-estate.xml nor by searching in my customer login > downloads > templates I succeeded to find anything about it. How and where could I get the Update 1.3 ? Is there generally exists more support for this template ?
