Hello, I think SP PAGE BUILDER and ROUTE 66 plugin do not work together.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. The route 66 extension is not compatible with the page builder. Route 66 extension provider should make compatible with the page builder.
