Unknown Google Request

Hi,
I am faced with at strange Google Console request. In "Mobile Usability", I get these two errors:
- Clickable elements too close together
- Content wider than screen
It tells me an example of a url: https://www.forteinnovations.com/contact-us.html
I don't seem understand their request as it looks fine to me. Can you please give me some pointer/hints?

Sorry, but we are not Google support to tell you exactly what you have to correct.
What I see that indeed, for example, in the bottom space between elements seems to be too small.
Also if we talk about bottom2 and bottom3 menu items. Increase space between menu items using custom CSS.
