When Will SB have Pop Up Option Without Input Anything

I wait for long time. I know opt in form module can pop up. However, I think pop up is necessary , but I just need to show a box when user visit the web site. I don't need visitor email !
Can I have it ? It is very simple. Make a option to remove all field. Just a text display box and a OK button.
