When Editing SPPB Articles Or Modules The Addons are Empty

When trying to edit a SPPB Article or an SPPB Module, when clicking the 'Edit' pencil the addon is blank. I know it's a known issue on 3.8.5, but we're expereincing the issue on the 3.8.6 version as well.

Is this happening with any addon or specifically the text addon editing time, please? If yes, would you please check which text editor you are using there?
