i have pagebuilder pro , how i can fill the table addon database dynamicaly from already have xls file or by phpmyadmin what the table name i can insert direct into it

by default it's not possible, or at least not easy. Beyond support.
If you want to have such a table with auto-updated content - I suggest using / installing one of those extensions (Premium only):
- Droptables
- Tabulizer
both of them can load content from a file, googlesheet or use database as source of data. Yes, I used in my private projects with success.
