I Coudn´t See The Images In Jooml Administrator

After I installed a template with the quickstart in joomla, I coudn´t see the administrator environment in graphic mode, I only see as a plain text

Ciao Alberto,

Most of Quickstarts do not have real images (photos), only dummy grey images - we explained that in template documenation every single time.
