Hello,
i discovered a bug on new sp page builder:
it is not possible to customize margin and padding for tablet and mobile like on the older sp page builder version

Hi there!

Thanks for contacting us.

You will be able to put different value for different device sizes and orientations by selecting the top icons of the SP page builder editor. Here is a screenshot for your ease:
