Hello, i discovered a bug on new sp page builder: it is not possible to customize margin and padding for tablet and mobile like on the older sp page builder version https://prnt.sc/GvdjCHJ_Mmlw

You will be able to put different value for different device sizes and orientations by selecting the top icons of the SP page builder editor. Here is a screenshot for your ease:
