Logo Path On Helix Ultimate Incomplete

Hi there, I discovered something strange happening in Helix Ultimate template.
- In Firefox I have the correct Logo URL with the beginning "/".
- In Chrome I (and fruid devices) the Logo URL has no beginning "/".
Anyone here that can explain to me, why this is happening? o.O
