Add A Second Menu

Hi there, how are you?
Im using the luxyort template with joomla 4, and i need to add a second menu in an expecific page.
The general menu is shown on a module on the menu position, and i need a new menu that has to look something like this and should be below the general menu.
Is there a way to do it? Is there any class already made for it?

in your case you can use different module position, also from new Row and column inside etc.
