Logo Hidden On IPad Device Screen

Hi again,
I was checking the site on and iPad and noticed the LOGO is hidden on the home page, but comes up after you scroll down the page. The template is Oneclip.
In the template option I do have LOGO turned on for everything. https://imgur.com/a/h7dPm4d
But when I check the coding it shows as 'hidden-xs' https://imgur.com/0OAAllg
???? Any suggestions?
