Using SPPB Ver 3.8.9, Trying To Edit Content Via Front End Editor, Spinning Circle Waiting....

Hello! While trying to edit some text within the SPPB Ver 3.8.9 Front End editor, I see the HTML code content.

When I click the circle "content" button to get to the JCE editor, I get a "working" spinning circle that just spins for ever.

Am I doing something wrong? Using Chrome Version 107.0.5304.107 (Official Build) (64-bit)
