in the SOCIAL PROFILE LINK OPTIONS in Person Add on. Is there a way to add Tik Tok? I am currently using a 2nd row to add it however it isn't as clean as I would like it.

If we talk about social share only by addon code customization! yes, you have to touch php/htm code inside addon folder (site.php).
