Adding Main Menu To Premade Layout

I am using SP Page Builder Pro on a clean, new J4 site with Casseopia as the base template. I selected a layout set that I liked and started building the home page. At this point there is no main menu on the page, only the CASSEOPIA heading at the top of the page followed by the content that was found in the premade layout (book review layout).
How do I get the main menu on this and all of the new pages that I create?!

Menu is from Joomla TEMPLATE itself. For example in our demo pages we used Helix Ultimate template.
But you can also use Menu addon at the top of your layout. Or you can publish Menu module etc.
I hope now is all clear.
