Hello,
we have purchased a license for SP Page Builder, but unfortunately the 'license & update' tab is not displayed.
The website was set up with the 'helixultimate_quickstart_j4_v2.0.11.zip' package.
How should I proceed to get my license into the system?

You forgot about one fact, in "helixultimate_quickstart_j4_v2.0.11" there is LITE (limited) version of SP Page Builder only. I means that you have to download and install PRO version of all components that you need to use. From here: https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension
You can download SP Page Builder Pro 4.0.7 or SP Page builder Pro 3.8.9
It depends what you have now, if v3.8, by now keep this line.
