we have purchased a license for SP Page Builder, but unfortunately the 'license & update' tab is not displayed.
The website was set up with the 'helixultimate_quickstart_j4_v2.0.11.zip' package.
How should I proceed to get my license into the system?

Hi Mathiew,
You forgot about one fact, in "helixultimate_quickstart_j4_v2.0.11" there is LITE (limited) version of SP Page Builder only. I means that you have to download and install PRO version of all components that you need to use.

You can download SP Page Builder Pro 4.0.7 or SP Page builder Pro 3.8.9
It depends what you have now, if v3.8, by now keep this line.
Just scroll down to find it.
