Is Support Via FORUM Members Only?

Its been 4 days since I purchased PBPro 4 and still I cannot use PB Pro 4 for J4. Is there not a normal support avenue?

Whenever I try to create a page, and I hit save, it takes me to a blank page. I am a bit jaded right now and concerned I have made the wrong choice for an easy to use page maker tool.

Are others having the same issues with lack of support or this white blank page?
