Module For Displaying Content From SP Page Builder - Edit Not Allowed

Hello,

I have several modules which are of the type "Module for displaying content from SP Page Builder". There is a Form Builder AddOn in them. Some of these modules I can edit normally, others bring me this message when I open them: "You are not allowed to edit this page because one more user is already checkid-in. I am the only one editing the module at the moment - yet the module seems to be locked.
