Joomla 4 Update Helix Framework: Override(s) To Check

Hi,
i have updatet my Joomla 3.10 to Joomla 4 (on a testside its not public yet), and now i see this "Override(s) to check", see pic https://imgur.com/a/MYGd0EU
What i have to do? I dont used overrides in joomla 3.10.

nothing to worry, it's just info from Joomla 4 that it's new content has been indexed for that CMS.
Click Yellow button "Changes found" > in new page Accept all changes, that's all.
