Helix Ultimate Quicktstart... Pro licence from SPPB4 not recognized

Hello, i installed latest version from sppb on quickstart.... and inserted licence key (valid), but this one isnt recognised , some icons from editor are grey !

Can I have screenshots/screencast of your issue to understand it better? Did you clear your Joomla and browser cache both, please?
