Create Data-menuanchor To Get Data For Anchors Of Fullpage.js

Hi admin I can create menu have data-menuanchor. Because it will link to data anchors of Fullpage.js. I want scroll page has Navigation of Fullpage.js. I want edit code but file default.php in folder menu of template Kontra only show "equire HelixUltimate\Framework\Platform\HTMLOverride::loadTemplate();", So i don't know where edit it
