SP Property Occupency Based Pricinbg

Hi

I would like to know if SP Property can be set up for occupency pricing. Meaning pricing set based on number of people. I guess this would be a calulator or toggle selector box

For example 1 person/ room $100/night

2 x people / room $150/night
