Accordion Opened Despite "close All Item" Being Selected

Hello, the only item in an accordion add-on is opened/unfolded, even though in the Accordion settings we selected "Close all item". E.g., see here: https://www.evergreenmtb.org/education/classes It's in a module (vs. page) - not sure that makes a difference, but thought I'd mention it.
