Why is The Font Not Changing Size As It Should?

Hiya I've got a strange problem I can't figure a solution for but suspect it's probably something very simple.
When I change the font size to a subsection in SPPB it then doesn't 'action' it as usual. I've tried changing the font from 8 up to 40 yet it stubbornly sits at 25. I presume I'm missing somewhere else that's keeping it at that perhaps but I'm lost as to where I need to look. Images show SPPB settings and then the result on the site using F12.
