Hello. In a Manufacturer 1.1 Quickstart I see an addon that is not in SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.9 - "Customer Reviews" Addon. In a Manufacturer 1.1 Quickstart in SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.9 two more add-ons and I cannot transfer them to another site on the same template with SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.9. I cannot use this addon on other sites. Even with this template. What should I do?

Hi, it's not so simple, they are part of template. Coping addon(s) files is easy...

FROM: templates\manufacturer\sppagebuilder\addons

TO: templates\your-theme\sppagebuilder\addons

... but you have to remember also about used CSS and maybe JS. Sorry, but it's task on your hands only.
