Versions That Work Together?

Hi team, today I have a humble request also please.
I take ist that the quick install versions should work without problems.
But I wonder wich versions of SPPagebuilder and templates work best on Joomla 4.2.3 at the moment please?
Maybe you could share information on what setups you have tested successfully?
For example: Server, PHP version, Joomla version, Templates and SPPagebuilder Versions and so on?
